Renaissance study for an Haussmannien apartment in Paris
Interior architecture for a Haussmannian apartment, initially in office space of 275m2, located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
As a purely professional property, the provision offered no possibility of development to live there.
The project of interior architecture enabled us by restoring life to this Haussmannian apartment, to create real spaces of life. Primarily, Benny Benlolo as an interior architect thought of erasing on the one hand the major defects of a Parisian Haussmann, notably the corridors and the distributions in rows, but also to think this house in several suites with their own room of bath.
The kitchen room deliberately located in an old main dry room has become the cornerstone of the project.
